Delivery Times
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days not including the order day and be in transit an additional 2 to 5 business days. The approximate turnaround time from order placement to doorstep delivery on in-stock items is 5-10 business days (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery times are subject to a variety of influencing factors such as location, availability, order time, weather, and other unforseen delays which makes it impossible to guarantee delivery times. If your order is time sensitive, please include in the comment section of the shipping form a request for approximate delivery time (I need by ??/??/????). Section 1: TERMS OF SALE
Orders through PACKNcamp.com must
be paid for at time of purchase. Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, or Discover. All shipping costs will be included in the
charge amount at time of purchase.
Section 2: PRICING
All
pricing is subject to change without notice. PACKNcamp reserves the right to
correct pricing do to printing errors, ommisions, or data entry errors. All
sales are final except as outlined in section 3.
Section 3: RETURN POLICY
Customers wishing to return
merchandise must first email PACKNcamp with details of the return request. If
the return is for a manufacturer defect, the customer may be directed to make
a warranty claim for replacement parts or product replacement with the
manufacture. If the return request is for damage upon receipt, the claim must
be made within 3 days of delivery date. A Return Authorization (RA) number
will be issued and sent to the customer according to the following schedule
and valid according to these terms. Returns and restocking fees will be
handled according to these guidelines:

Please send in any warranty
registrations once you receive your product.
All products are
carefully inspected before shipping. Please inspect your package upon delivery
and contact us immediately to report any damaged or defective merchandise.
Claims for defective merchandise upon receipt must be made within 3 days of
delivery. All unused products may be returned within 30 days of order date.
Returned products must be in orginal packing condition, unsoiled and
unused(have no evidence of use), and contain all paperwork including
receipt/packing slip, warranty cards and setup or operating instructions. Replacements
will be shipped upon receipt, inspection, and sustantiation of defective
merchandise according to each manufacturers warranty replacement processing
time. Replacement parts do not generally require product inspection. You may
be responsible for return shipping of product at which expense may be
reibursed upon substantiation of claim. Return shipping on defective
merchandise may be reimbursed up to the current and lowest shipping rate
(usually Ground) of the shipping company or carrier. Returns should be sent to
destination approved by PACKNcamp.com or the manufacturer. Packages must have
RA number written visibly on shipping box. No returns accepted without return
authorization number. All items must be returned in the original packaging and
include all original contents. PACKNcamp is not responsible for any item not
received at the warehouse. All product descriptions are a fair representation
of the product's features, benefits, and specifications but do not necessarily
meet exact definitions as some opinions and estimates are made. Minor product
imperfections may be considered inconsequential and may not be covered by a
manufacturer's warranty. Due to health and hygienic concerns, we do not accept
returns on bedding products. Products that have missing parts or damage are
not returnable. Manufacture warranties may not cover damage resulting from
improper use, normal wear and tear, fading, weather, misuse, or otherwise
improper care. All refusals of manufacture warranty coverage will be subject
to a 35% restocking fee. Most tent manufacturers do not guarantee tents to be
100% waterproof, especially in heavy or prolonged rain or to resist every
wind, especially high speed or storm-force wind. PACKNcamp.com and our
manufacturers reserve the right to evaluate product return condition,
ligitimacy of claim, and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.

Section 4: BACKORDERS
All in-stock items are shipped
within 1 to 3 business days not including the order day and out-of-stock items
will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items
will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period
exceeds 30 days, PACKNcamp.com will notify customer of the additional delay -
estimate delivery date if possible - and reconfirm order. Backorders are
shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
Section 5: CANCELLATIONS
All orders (including backorders)
may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must
be made by email. Once the item(s) are shipped, the cancellation is considered
a return request and is subject to the Return Policy guidelines listed above.
Section 6: SHIPPING FEES
Ground shipments are generally
sent via FedEx or UPS. Smaller, lightweight items that will fit in a mailbox
may often be shipped US Postal Service. PACKNcamp may change the shipping
method and carrier based on product(s) ordered. Customer pays for all shipping
& handling at the time of purchase. PACKNcamp does not ship internationally.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products shipped will be delivered to or dropped
off at the location purchaser has submitted as the shipping address at time of
purchase. If no one is at the location of delivery, the product will be left
at the doorstep unless the customer has specified a preferred area for package
placement (I.E, carport, side entrance). PACKNcamp.com is not responsible for
lost or stolen packages once the product has been delivered by the carrier.
You the customer are responsible for securing the package once the
driver/carrier/shipper/Postal worker has left the delivery location.
Section 7: WARRANTY
All warranties for products
purchased through PACKNcamp Outdoor Supply are the responsibility of the
respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product
warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers. In the event
that the product is a health related device or nutritional supplement, all
information contained on the Web site, including information relating to
medical and health conditions, products and treatments, is for informational
purposes only. The information on the PACKNcamp.com Web site, or information
provided by the manufacturers of the products, or information on product
packaging or labels is not meant to be a substitute for the advice of a
physician or other medical professional and should not be used for prescribing
a medication or diagnosing a health problem. Statements regarding dietary
supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and
are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Section 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall
PACKNcamp.com or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or
supplying products for PACKNcamp.com be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products
purchased from PACKNcamp.com. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall
apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Web
site. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation
of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest
extent permitted by law.
