Mattress Return Policy
When ordering your mattress, please be sure
that the one you select will suit your needs. After receiving your mattress or
airbed, set up and inflate the airbed to perform a proper inspection. Leave
the air bed inflated for a day or two, and add air as packaging wrinkles
diminish. Air bed mattresses will stretch to some degree after sleeping on
them. Wrinkles from packaging will become smoother, adding to the volume of
air needed for firmness. If the mattress lacks firmness after sleeping on it,
simply add more air to compensate for expansion. Air beds are made of heavy,
durable vinyl material, but can be damaged by sharp objects. If properly cared
for, these products will last for years.
Mattresses and airbeds are returnable only if defective upon
shipment. Due to National bedding laws and hygienic concerns, we do not
exchange mattresses, airbeds, sleeping bags, or pillows that have been used.
After receiving the air bed, inflate and perform a receiving condition
inspection. Lay several sleeping bags, bedspreads, or blankets on the air bed,
and leave inflated for a day or two. If the air bed does not deflate, you are
ready to begin enjoying the portability and comfort of the new air bed. If the
product is damaged, contact us within 21 days to obtain a return
authorization. After receiving a return authorization, your product will be
picked up and shipped back to PackNCamp.com for a thorough inspection. If it
is deemed that the mattress has been used, used improperly, deliberately
damaged, or soiled or dirty, no refund will be given. Remember to keep sharp
objects away from the bedding at all times. When setting up your mattress
outdoors, such as in a tent, be sure to inspect the ground below the area
where the mattress will be placed. Remove any rocks, twigs, or other debris
that may have the possibility to damage the airbed. It is always a good idea
to use a footprint below the tent such as a vinyl or canvas tarp.
